Anyone 18+ with a willingness to learn. No prior yoga or meditation experience required.
Is it religious or affiliated with a particular faith? +
No. It’s universal and practical. People from all backgrounds attend and benefit.
What exactly is Sudarshan Kriya™? +
A guided rhythmic breathing technique taught during the course. It helps release stress, stabilise emotions, and improve sleep and focus.
What will I learn over the 3 days? +
Breathwork (including Sudarshan Kriya™), gentle yoga, meditation, and simple tools to manage the mind. You’ll also learn a short daily home practice.
Are there any medical restrictions? +
Most adults can attend. If you’re pregnant, had recent surgery, or have a serious medical/psychiatric condition, consult your doctor and inform the instructor.
What should I bring and wear? +
Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a small notebook. Mats are usually provided, but you can bring your own.
Is food and accommodation included? +
Yes, at Vidarbha Ashram the retreat fee includes simple vegetarian meals and clean, comfortable shared accommodation.
